The Board of Directors is constituted of a President and twelve (12) Regional Directors, i.e. two Directors for each one of the six (6) regions of the IMAA. The regions are: Pacific, Prairies & NWT, Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic and NIMAC (National Indigenous Media Arts Coalition). The IMAA strives to assure a regional balance.
