At the Annual General Meeting, members set the IMAA’s agenda by making recommendations. These are then reviewed by the Board of Director that set priorities for the organization's activities in the form of an annual Action Plan. The implementation of the Action Plan is carried out by the National Director, under the supervision of the President and the Board.
